Workshop Refund Policy

Because we spend time thoughtfully preparing and buying materials for our workshops ahead of time we can not offer refunds. Our workshops often sell out in advance so be sure to purchase your spot as soon as possible. We do not offer walk in spots. If you cannot make a workshop you signed up for you can always gift your spot to a friend.

Sold out workshops

When our classes have sold out they are at capacity and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any additional participants. You can always email mcclellan.daisy@gmail.com and request to be added to the waitlist but there are no guarantees. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about future workshops.

Covid Policies

Due to covid restrictions we require all participants to our in person workshops to wear masks/ face coverings.

Shipping

We ship all our kits, supplies, and punch needle goods via USPS. Shipping ranges between $3-$14 depending on the size of the order. We currently only ship within the USA. If you have a special shipping request or need something shipped internationally please email mcclellan.daisy@gmail.com
